Earthwhore was a metal project by Yyseth which began in 2004. The idea was to create an eerie atmosphere whilst using minimalism and using heavy vocals to show the primitive power of extreme emotion.
Since then Earthwhore evolved into a full band to incorporate more primitive Black Metal inspirations, proper guitars and but keep a similarly classical composition in many ways. The intention is to create a minimalistic hybrid of all Black Metal styles, symphonic, melodic, avant garde, raw and ambient.
In 2008 Hypnoticvs joined Earthwhore on guitars, and so the style progresses to include more technical aspects whilst keeping what is essentially still the traditional Earthwhore edge.
Earthwhore cares little for humanity, the majority of humans are worthless creatures living their lives in squalor and sordid monotony. This wearisome existence and pathetic refusal to achieve any sort of potential (despite how obviously capable of choosing a better way their minds are) has driven my mind to a point beyond pitying this worthless breed but seeking the worthy, those willing to escape this valueless life and ascend to achieving human potential, by returning to instinctual creatures of the Earth, tribal in nature, without the fractious nature of Religion, Nations or Economics.
Earthwhore is currently seeking a keyboard player to complete the lineup, and is seeking to be gigging by February 2009.

- Black Metal band seeks keyboard player/guitarist
- Earthwhore are looking for someone to play keyboards or a guitarist with keyboard playing skills, to fulfil a dual-role in the band, or as a pure guitarist who can give us a dark melodic yet heavier sound. We have material written, we have gigs in the pipeline next year, and have the drive and means to be playing live by january easily. We rehearse in hinckley at the moment, transport won't be an issue as 2 members of the band drive and will be willing to provide transport.
