BEAT SUMMER BOREDOM FORM A BAND: hi im a 16 year old girl from brackley northamptonshire i have been a strong lead vocalist to 3 bands. and I am looking to form a new band aged between 14-18 years to practise/ write original songs with and gig! I have gigged already at the NEC, the stables in milton keynes, a church (lol! that was fun!), midsummer music festivals in both towcester and brackley and many other venues! I have a deep and mellow voice with power! my influences include bon jovi, joan jett, blondie, the rocket summer, the undertones, bowling for soup, the lost prophets, good charlotte, van halen, aerosmith, paramore, sum 41, the beach boys, david bowie, the arctic monkeys, the white stripes, oasis AcDc and the all american rejects. I can't really say a genre of music that particularly appeals to me as i have such an ecclectic taste, I have played metal, indie, alternative, blues and ballads before! but I would love to meet people who want to do some serious gigging this summer and play music which is exciting and puts a smile on peoples faces!
