I trained at The London College of Music, where I led the Symphony Orchestra and won the string prize in my final year. I continued my education at Oxford Brookes University and then Oxford University before going in to teaching.

I taught general classroom music for 10 years and now work independently for myself.

I have worked with The London Philharmonic Orchestra and English National Opera as well as doing solo and band work.

I perform professionally in a range of different styles and currently enjoy the benefits of an electric violin. I was in concert in December 2005 for Leukaemia Research and have produced 2 CDs and a DVD.
