i'm lee from Walsall.

i've been in bands ever since I was in school. Been playin blues style for about 9 or 10 years. My previous band was called 'the fake tracies' and lasted for about 5 years. I used to write the bulk of the material (not lyrics though) and we managed to get onto MTV with it! nearly got signed by Columbia USA before we split. We split due to other band members not being able to commit 100% so it all fell apart...

i play most of the guitar on all of these recordings and record with andy taylor of editors / twang / nizlopi fame.

I'm looking to join a dedicated indie/'rock/alternative kinda band that want to go places.. not interested in covers .. i am a dreamer... but it got me on MTV the last time and want to go further!!! I'm pretty good at writing bluesy rocky music.in the style of verve / oasis (dare i say it!) / kings of leon. Can easily write lighter material also I love my rockabilly style riffs and all that!

I'm super dedicated, have my own transport, good gear (vintage modern valve head & 2x12 half cab - Gibson platinum les paul studio - boss effects - wah etc), Tons of Contacts (venues / promoters / producers / recording studios etc). i also like to be quite active in bands in terms of writing music and shaping songs. Quite good at implementing hooks...

want to hear music before joining any band though.. unless you have a good history of previous bands.
