Looking for the right band with the right people to get me excited and playing again. Have gigged and recorded over last 20 years and enjoyed it as a sideline rather than ever trying to make it. Most recent project was a Blondie tribute band which was some of the best fun I've had in years. Also done the Blues Brothers/Commitments stuff and a whole host of new wave and ska.

I'm interested in playing and gigging, probably a covers band but if the songs are there I'll try anything. Would rather join an established band as my time is pretty short so don't want long painful rehearsals while guitarists try to work out the chords. Most important thing is good people, no prima donnas and a good time all round. I'm an easy going, solid drummer. Top drummers are Brian Downey, Thin Lizzy, Martin Chambers, Pretenders, and Iain Paice Deep Purple and Clem Burke of Blondie. Gives you an idea of my music tastes too.
