I'm Sam, a 28yr old drummer based in Brighton. My playing style is groove orientated, and all about the song as opposed to my drumming chops (of which there are many, but there's a time and a place for that sort of thing!)
I'm a big believer in less is more when it comes to drumming - sometimes it's what you don't play that makes a song great....I'm super-easy to get along with, and always interested to hear from people who need a drummer/percussionist for live/recording projects.

I've got top of the range gear - both accoustic and electric, transport, plus I also play percussion, guitar and ukelele and sing BV's.
Credits include live funk jam/workshop with Chad Smith of Chili Peppers, Tracie Hunter (daughter of Ian Hunter - Mott the Hoople), Mat Gibson, live BBC radio sessions and Alexander O Neil at The Hammersmith Apollo, plus countless other live/recording sessions.
