Hi! I have been playing violin/fiddle for a total of 18 years and have played in many situations in that time. All my playing experience has been live as I have played in orchestras from school to the Ulster Youth Orchestra and to being the Leader of my University orchestra from 1999-2000. I have also played in competitions as a soloist, duet, trio and small ensemble player. I have a degree in Music and am now a secondary school Music teacher.
I live for music which is further reflected in my devotion to playing live. I was a member of an Irish group called Celticvibes for 4 years.
I have Grade VII Distinction awarded by Trinity College, London. I also have a PGCE in Secondary Music Education. I can play a variety of instruments to a competent level to include, penny whistle, acoustic guitar and keyboard. Violin/fiddle is/are my main instrument. I also have perfect pitch.
I am looking to form an Irish punk band, influences include Flogging Molly and The Pogues. If interested please get in touch.

Update!!!!! Recently, my boyfriend came up with idea of forming a Corrs tribute band... I play the fiddle and he would obviously be the only male member playing guitar!! if you're interested, let me know...
