This is just a thought, but I figured what the hey. Is there anyone out there in the Hertfordshire area interested in forming a band for sort of classic rythm & blues / soul? I'm thinking The Committments and Blues Brothers style music and performance. I'm a singer myself, used to perform in bigband jazz in sweden before moving to the UK and I sorely miss being able to sing.

Anyone who feel the calling, please to get in touch. What we'd need initially are a base and guitar, keyboard, drummer, sax, trumpet and trombone. (And a chorus too probably but one thing at a time).
