Fit and the Conniptions is a combined band / webcomic project by London based singer songwriter Wayne Myers. New comics have been uploaded to conniptions.org more or less three times a week since January 2006, while waiting for Wayne to get around to finishing the first Fit and the Conniptions album, which was finally released on 22nd July 2007, and is now available from CD Baby.
