Monitor Music is the Hard-Working management behind the popular bands 'The Talent' & 'Hitched'.


Fast growing agency based in Colchester, Essex requires all musicians for dep work (drummers, guitarists, bassists, keyboard players, vocals a huge advantage) - working towards a full time position in a professional band. Above all you must be reliable, experienced, entertaining and hard-working. ‘The Talent’ is a very professional full time function band playing all over the country for Chicago rock café, jumpin jaks, branningans, private events, corporate functions. Pay from £100 - £200 depending on distance, timings, sets etc…

We also require dep work for Guitar - Vocals, Bass – Vocals, Keyboards – Vocals & Drums – Vocals for The Talent and our other agency managed function band ‘Hitched’. Work is based around the Essex, Suffolk area. p.a. knowledge & lead vocals a huge advantage although not essential.

The Talent Biography
Since their collaboration THE TALENT have worked hard to develop an unrivalled sound and one of the liveliest stage shows around. These qualities, an ever increasing repertoire (500 songs and growing) and the bands focus on entertaining make for a live music performance not to be missed.

The Talent regularly performs 3-4 nights a week all over the U.K. & Europe supporting named artists, entertaining clients at both private & corporate events or providing an evening of live music at various venues across the country. The bands members have also appeared at Earls Court, Wembley Arena, London Arena, and Birmingham N.E.C. alongside artists such as rod stewart, Lionel Richie, Mystique, Robbie Williams and many more.

Hitched Biography
Realizing the differing requirements of individual clients and a lack of young, fun, funky & professional wedding bands led to the conception of 'Hitched', a guitar led four piece band who boasts over 40 years professional playing experience while still being in their 20's. The bands repertoire is one of the most extensive in the business - from the 50's to today's top chart hits - with over 300 songs, you name it and they can play it! If you want an evening of all the greatest hits from the past five decades, ferocious professionalism and non-stop dancing at an affordable price then you want 'Hitched'.
