Play everything - rock, folk, pop, house/trance/garage, hip-hop, chillout, jazz, latin-american, world, ethnic... you name it.

Specialise in playing live over PA in house/trance clubs but also play a lot of acoustic stuff. Currently playing with singer/sonwriter Graham Allcott (doing original songs in the style of John Martyn/Van Morrison) and also with Jeff Bell (see www.myspace.com/madhatterdrums for gig dates) and occasionally with acoustic roots band The Screaming Beans (Celtic and American trad. songs). I also occasionally do session work (most recently on the "Better Life" album, about to be released).

The bongo samples were recorded live, in Dance Clubs, "on the fly" - (no chance to rehearse, no second takes); recording was from a monitor speaker onto cassette tape and the sound quality reflects this!

"Nothing on My Mind", "This Place I'm Heading" and "Memories Lead to Tears" are from the CD "Spring, Summer" - Graham Allcott and the Boon Companions; "Falling Down Inside" (GA and the BC's) is live and unplugged; "Better Life" is a short compilation of tracks from the album of the same name.
