I started playing drums at about the age of 12 and guitar about 3 years ago. I always have been a metaler but im not limited to that, i appreciate most types of music from Jazz to Metal.

I do have chops but im not the kind of dork who thinks sweep picking is the be all and end all of guitar playing and appreciate good musicianship much more than guitar gymnastics. I think shred should only be used as an ornament to a solo and not the whole solo. Anyhow im sidetracking myself

I am currently studying BTEC music in 6th form and hope to go to music collage next year. So yeah, im a serious musician and not the kind of guy who listens to nothing but metal and spends most of his time perfecting canon rock.

I am mostly interested in the creative side of music, but i am happy and confident on stage and love performing. If you want to hear an example of my composing you can go on http://www.myspace.com/themarkimischiefjazzexperience and listen to my solo stuff.

As far as transport goes i should be able to drive soon but at the moment i have a hell of a helpful and supportive dad who will take me anywhere to help me with my music.

I can sing as well so im happy to do backing vocals for a band.

Im currently composing solo instrumentals for the beans of it and playing acoustic sets. And i now have a piano and can play that :D again.. check out my myspace for an example of my piano playing
