During the past eight years I have done lead vocals and backing vocals / harmonies. My inspirations are tamla motown/soul, 50's 60's, rock'n'roll and rock and blues. I enjoy singing most music and enjoy country music even though I've never actually had the chance to sing country with a band. I am not a lover of jazz, punk or heavy metal. Singing is my main passion in life and I always got a real buzz whenever we did live gigs.
The first band I was with did 50's / 60's covers and rock'n'roll. I had to leave the band behind due to a house move from Northampton to Cornwall. The second band I joined when we moved here also did covers of bands i.e. 'Thunder', 'Lynyrd Skynyrd', rock'n'roll, blues and 'oldies'. I did backing vocals, harmonies and percussion with the band which worked really well, but the band unfortunately split when the lead vocalist left.
So I am looking to either join a band or form one. If you have an opening for me or are interested in forming a band, contact me please as I miss singing sooooo much it hurts.
