Ahoy! Im looking for other musicians either acoustic or electric in a band setting, duo ...whatever!
Im just interested in getting together enjoying playing and having a good laugh at the same time.
I would particularly like to work backing a good female vocalist, or in an acoustic duo, but would also welcome working in a blues band perhaps sharing rhythmn and lead duties.
Influences are wide ranging and too numerous but will throw in a few here....
Neil Young, Tom Waits, Sparklehorse, Nick Cave, Lightnin' Hopkins, Jeff Buckley but pretty much anything of quality .... Please do NOT contact me if you wish to warble Celine Dion songs, sport mullets (unless you're being ironic of course!) poodle haircuts and tight spandex trousers that profile your tackle, or wish to 'shake your funky thang'
