I've been playing bass for over 25 years, but only seriously over the last 3 or 4. I've listened to loads of music over the years, but I'm mainly influenced by bass parts that fit nicely while being generally melodic. A few people who I consider to have achieved that are John Taylor (Duran Duran), Barry Adamson (Magazine) and Chris Wolstenholme (Muse).

I can also play guitar a little, piano/keyboards a little and drums if necessary.
