Hi all,
Firstly let me introduce myself, my name is el Ginjo,, I'm a drummer currently playing in Desert-Rock/Nu-Metal band Floating Leaf (myspace.com/floatingleafs) and my own project Surge [Lounge] which is a Jazz, Funk, Hip-Hop band and it's that band that's brought me here. We are currently looking to expand on our ability to do more as a band.
We are based in Great Yarmouth and have a regular gig at the GY Starbucks. Our band currently consists of myself on drums, Matt Blissett on bass, and Laura Jenner on sax we also know a few MCs we can call upon once we have material down. We have specialised on being a jam/improv band up until now which has been great fun but with all of us finding more time on our hands we're looking to do some serious writing and subsequently recording and gigging. We are highly experienced and committed and musically can be as subtle as a rippling pond or as outrageous as a full blown carnival.
