Those of you who have either been to one of our gigs or are familiar with EntropiK will recognise the new track we just uploaded - Still Life with Falling Leaves. Fairly rough live recording of our current version with guitar synth and electric cello. We used a small digital recorder, so not much point in offering feedback on the production, but comments on anything else about the music welcome.
It's the first track in the player on our myspcae page at www.myspace.com/strikingposes

Yeah - sounds nice. It's probably the recording quality, but I do get the feeling that the synthesised guitar might be making a delicate piece a bit over-coloured or sonically cluttered - if you know what I mean (that's how I'm hearing it right now, though). As I say, it's probably the recording; although I'd definitely - if it was me - have a think at a more clearer, crisper and simpler guitar sound, too (which you've obviously done also).

As for the music itself - ya knows I like this one; is very lovely, Washington & Washington.

Thanks guys - your thoughts are much appreciated as always. Fraser, I know what you mean about the sonic range of the guitar. The digital recorder seemed to enhance that somewhat in a not-so-satisfactory way. It sounds a lot better live - a big, full sound rather than a big boomy sound.
