Have the media players gone kaput? I can't get anybody's to work - they just lay dead, with the progress bar stuck at half way.

What version of flash do you have? Try updating to latest version: Google for flash player download.

Weird problem, this one, Stoo. On this computer the media player has always worked fine, but suddenly stopped, with the above problem. So I tried on my other 'puter with Firefox (which has also always worked fine since our last conversation on this subject), but still I get the exact same thing. Anyhow, I just updated to the latest Flash on this computer, and still no joy. Hmmmmm - strange.

I'll adorn mi deerstalker and see if I can get to the bottom of it. Meanwhile, if anybody has any suggestions, I'd be very grateful, coz I'm a bit stumped on this one.

Try going to an Apple store and buy a mac, that should help.

What, and become a wallowing Maccer? Naa.

Nope, I can't fathom it; I may be wrong, but I can only say that the problem must be coming from MF's end, otherwise, how could the same problem *simultaneously occur on two computers using different web browsers etc - and both with the latest flash? Maybe there's a glitch in mi account? I dunno. Anyway, I'll just have to be Media Playerless - I'll survive.

I seem to keep making the mistake that you have actually looked to see if there's a problem at your end, Stoo, before you respond to someone's issue. I'll snap out of mi naivity one day.

Well I'll be blowed you are right! I am guilty yes I didn't really check until Mancini posted his music. We get issues like this quite a bit and 9 times out of 10 it is to do with the version of Flash or a badly encoded MP3.

I'll check it out now.
