singer/songwriter looking to change line up in band due to musical differences and conflict.

I am looking for Drummer,Guitarist and bass player and possibly backing girl vocals.It would be useful if the other musicians could do backing/harmony type vocals as well nothing too ellaborate
We are playing regularly on the Birmingham circuit and are looking to branch out ,over 30 original songs to work on and recordings for the future.

All candidates must have an appreciation fot The Rolling stones as main influence with the emphasis on groove and feel.
