1st Base Entertainment was founded in March 2007 as the A&R division of Empire Records Ltd. We deal with the talent scouting, artist management as well as development. It has further diversified its portfolio into event management and marketing. We therefore cater for every aspect of the clients requirements.

At 1st Base we have a hands on approach to talent and are active in all areas of our artist's careers, from market placement and perception ("image"), song and producer selection, vocal training,right through to acquiring "gigs", touring, sponsorship and merchandising.People always say behind every successful man is a good woman and here at first base management we believe also translates to the artist and their assigned management team. we offer first grade management from a diverse team who excel at their delegated tasks and we endeavour to bring out the best in our clients in all situations,as long as the artist has enough faith and determination to follow through on their vision
