Hello, I'm Steve. I have been playing drums for 8 years in various bands and genras from profetional to indie. I am familiar with most types of moddern styles and pop, and also have experiance playing in a semi profetional jazz and swing cover band. My preferd style is songs with groove and funk, sonthing that makes people dance!! I also have experiance writing, recording, and gigging with orignal bands, and gigging with covers too. I play at around a grade 8 standard, although i only have a grade 5 certificate due to certificate. I have also achieved a BTEC distinction in popular music. I am able to read and score drum notation to a cretain level, but like most drummers reading is not the easiest thing to pick up, however i am working on my sightreading, and it is improving as i can now roughly sightread pieces of a grade 3-4 standard.
