Hi, I'm Rob and I'm a multi-instrumentalist based in South Herefordshire.

My main instruments are keyboards (electone, piano, keyboards and organ) and electric guitar. I also play bass and am working on drums and electric violin.

I have been playing electone since 2000 and have Trinity Grade 8 'Electronic Organ' (I'd have to travel to Japan to take an electone exam!) I use Reason 4 running on a Mac Mini, using MidiPipe to route Midi Signals from the HX5 Electone.

I also have Grade 5 Piano and Grade 5 Theory (91%). I can read and write music, mainly do arrangements but recently got into songwriting. I can't say I'm great at sightreading but can improvise on piano and guitar given just the key, play by ear to some extent and have experience playing in bands at church (keys, electric guitar and bass), as well as performing as a soloist.

I'm mainly into rock/blues/metal - Guns N Roses, Bon Jovi, SRV, Hendrix, Metallica, Threshold - but also a wide variety of other genres (funk, jazz, pop, classical, celtic, electronica).

Available for teaching electone/keyboards/piano - but also interested in gigging, arranging and recording locally.
