Mainly acoustic guitarist and song writer in need of lyricist/ female singer.
I have half a dozen songs that i`m currently putting together and they have received very good compliments from those people that have heard them, including an industry pro.
I have a good software based recording system including condenser mic etc that can get the basics down and i can add strings, bass etc.
My style is acoustic, very in at the moment which is why i really want to find someone quickly and get stuck in, think feist, Ray Lamontagne, Neil young, Damien Rice etc
I`d like to think that the songs along with some inventive covers would get us gigging regularly and hopefully onto bigger things.
I`m a young looking 37, but dont let that put you off most pro singers guitarists are older ie Van Morrison, David Gray, Katie Melula, i`m not so interested in being the centre of attention as playing my/our songs to audiences and letting the singer bring the wow factor, I`m also keen to work on your stuff as well.
Age wise i`d think someone between 25 and 35 ish, and you must have a good look, but the most important thing is that you can commit time, energy and effort. I`m easy going, ego free, flexible, open to ideas and ambitious, so if this seems like your thing let me know.
