What to say?

I have been in covers bands predominantly for the past ........ooooO too many years, although what i have been playing reciently is all original! I have my own drum kit which really needs more use, you can see a picture of it now! I have mostly played rock, pop, blues, 4 beats to the bar stuff, if you know what I mean! I am pretty open minded when it comes to music, I don't really mind what I play. I started life as a drummer in heavy metal. With covers I have played allsorts of music from 50's rock and roll, through 60's beatles to 70's/80's punk/ rock & pop to todays indy! I am not averse to trying my hand at jazz although I have not played much and would love to learn as 'jazz drummers are the best'. Although I play covers I am not really a copier of drummers, I believe that they may not have got it right on the record! Technically, I can get around most things. I play a 6 piece fusion kit even though i play alot of rock, not sure what that says about me. I have more cymbals than my wife knows about and am quite enjoying finding my way around my double bass drum pedal.
