Hi, I am a guitar and music technology teacher working in the Nottinghamshire region. I'm looking to set up and or join a bands / projects in the local area, to start gigging locally and possibly nationally if feasible (depending on teaching committments).

I can play acoustic / classical and electric guitar and also have experience of sound engineering and and music production.

I am flexible re the type of music although I am interested in the following types of music bands:

Funk / Soul / R&B - anything with a good rhythm, anything with the addition of brass / woodwind
Acoustic / Folk - Already gigging and promoting some instrumental acoustic music (myspace.com/alexbett) but always up for expanding this.
Spanish / Latin - any classical guitarists out there that want to join forces (trio / quartet or more)
Rock / Blues
