I am a 27 year old Guitarist, have been playing for about 17 years and am self taught(unfortunately!).
I am interested in Blues, Rock, Funk, well all sorts of music really. Influences everything from Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, The Police, Bowie, Brian Setzer, The Doors, REM, U2 to Black Sabbath I like a lot of newer stuff as well!
Have been playing in 50's style rock n roll band for the past 6 years or so, which has finally come to an end-was playing up and down the country.
I would like to try something different, I am not the most technical or accurate Guitarist in the world but I feel I make up for for that in other ways i.e. by giving the music a bit of feeling/expression.
Anyway would either like to join a Band or find other people to play/jam with-don't take my musical interest too seriously!
I am prepared to travel etc.
