Alex Hill
Vast experience with Orchestra, Big Bands and Wind Orchestras. Toured with Calderdale band The Cherrypickers and two UK tours with famous 1960's band 'The Bachelors' . I am experienced in studio and live performance work, I also have considerable experience in pit work in local theatre productions.

I have professional equipment (mapex pro m kit, black panther snare, with meinl byzance/ zildjian A custom cymbals),
I play in all styles including Rock, Jazz, Swing, Funk, Latin, Ska and Country. I can read music fluently, and improvise in all styles.

i am available for professional work whether its long term or depping.

My main drumming influences are Carter Beauford, Benny Greb, Thomas Lang, Dave Weckl, Vinnie Colaiuta, Dennis Chamber and, Buddy Rich.
My favourite bands are The Dave Matthews Band, Red Hot Chili peppers, Gordon Goodwin's Big Phat Band, Rusted Root and many more.
