My name is Adam Gadenne, I am 44 and live in Colchester. I have been playing the drums for 35 years and would describe myself as a very proficient drummer. My major drumming influences over the years have included; Phil Collins, Simon Phillips, Cozy Powell, Mike Portnoy and Roger Taylor etc.

My musical taste includes a real mix of old (Mid 70\'s onwards and new) including; Genesis, Dream Theater, Greenday, Blink 182, Toto, Queen, Nickelback, Keane, Guns 'n' Roses / Velvet Revolver, Van Halen, Foo Fighters, Sting / The Police etc.

I have a collection of top quality equipment including both a very nice Tama Star Classic acoustic kit and a Roland TD-20 Electronic drum kit which I use at home and the ocassionally gig - believe me it sounds fantastic!

Over the last 3/4 years I have played probably a couple of hundred gigs with various local covers bands including,
'Shady Deal', The Donkeys, So Wot and most recently a couple of dep gigs wit 'East of Java' - all in around the Essex, Herts, North London area.

Obviously there is the occasionally need to cover 2 / 3 gigs in a week but as a family man with a demanding job I would prefer to keep my musical commitments down to an average of once / twice a week (max) - so therefore I am probably looking for a band / other musicians with a similar outlook.
