Female vocalist required to complete an unusual and original album, very much on the fringes of generic 'rock' and 'world' music. We record using a PC based setup using a combination of virtual and 'live' instruments. Ideally, we are looking for a soprano who also has the ability to 'belt out' the more rock based tracks. Keyboard skills would also be a bonus (not the qwerty variety!)
We have lyrics and vocal lines, but in the latter, we prefer to work with someone who can make a creative impression.

Based on comments received so far, we know this is a distinctive and demanding project. Consequently, you will need a good deal of musical intelligence and imagination, especially when it comes to phrasing and vocal effects. You should also be able to think on your feet in a recording situation. Suffice to say that we are not looking for aspiring actresses, models or pole dancers!

This is an unpaid project, however, we will meet any professional studio fees if required (mixing etc). You should be prepared to pay your own traveling expenses.

We are situated on the Leicestershire/Northants border. Journeys to meet up for discussion as well as recording sessions will be required throughout the course of this project.
