Retired from playing in the 60's came out of retirement about 6 years ago, been playing semi-pro since then. Always trying to improve my playing and have come to realise that you should play your way and your style, trying to be like others, will only leave you frustrated, certainly learn from them, but don't try to be them.
I'm mostly old school, Jack Bruce, James Jamerson, Paul Samwell Smith (Yardbirds), Duck Dunn, John Entwistle etc, I also like these days Pino Palladino, Victor Wooten
Playing 50'60's music got a bit boring and now need something to stretch the ability, so now looking for new band to play with anything considered
