Extremely accomplished and versatile guitarist, performer, songwriter, arranger, composer, Musical Director and producer. Based around contemporary modern Soul music and the R&B/Hip Hop/Jazz/Funk/Gospel traditions but am also accomplished in Blues, Pop, Fusion, Rock and Latin/Flamenco styles (working in Spain 2006)...

Currently I am Songwriter/Musical Director focusing on developing Artists in the Nu Neo Soul/R&B/Hip Hop vibe. I cover both live performances and showcases with my band The Affinity and album arrangement/production for several acts.

SCHOOLING...

Recently graduated with BA Hons in Music (main focus in the Jazz and Classical traditions), rehearsing and performing as Musical Director with various groups. Repertoire for these groups came from many diverse styles ranging from Urban showcases to jazz standards to soul/funk through to rock & pop. I personally transcribe and arrange the music I perform and have strong sight reading abilities with charts and lead sheets etc.

Studied arrangement, transcription and contemporary classical composition (modernist avantgarde, minimalism, world music and electronica) including scoring for film and moving image. I operate my own recording studio and produce using Cubase, Sound Forge, Sibelius and Logic.
