I have played guitar in various original rock and blues bands for many years and enjoy songwriting, arranging and performing. I have good quality gear and transport and am willing to play in and around Surrey (Kingston) or London. I would like to join a band which is blues based, has a strong female vocal (late Etta James for example) and a set of songs which incorporate at least some original material. Alternatively, I really like 1970s style prog rock - good to see it making a comeback. Otherwise, I am willing to audition for any original band that requires a guitarist - age unimportant.

Influences: Started with the Beatles, then onto Deep Purple, Uriah Heep, Led Zep, Wishbone Ash, Santana. I then discovered Freddie King, Albert King, SRV, Jeff Healey, Gary etc. These days I'm just into any chugging rock with a blues feel (or blues with a rock feel!)

Gear: Gibson Les Paul Custom (Silverburst), Marshall JCM900, Clapton Strat, Gibson 335, Fender US Standard Telecaster.

Songs: I have uploaded a few blues covers so you can have a listen. All parts were arranged, played and sung by me on my home studio (since sold).
