I started my professional career as a percussionist in the Army in 1967.I play all percussion and drums, including Tuned Percussion, Timpani and Drum Kit. I have experience in playing almost all styles of music. Was Principal Percussionist with The Band of The Queen's Dragoon Guards. Have played in Orchestra, Band, Dance Band, Jazz Band, Rock, Pop, Covers Bands.

I am currently a Percussion Teacher with a Music Service. Recent playing experience includes, Orchestral, Wind Band, ( playing and Conducting),Covers Bands, Pit Bands( Wizard of Oz, Summer Holiday, Lion Witch and Wardrobe), Chamber Choir ( Percussion), I am looking to play in a rock/pop covers band. My influences (Drum Kit) have been Beatles, Chicago, Blood Sweat and Tears, Buddy Rich and many more!! Music through the decades!! I can also sing, backing or lead vocals.Will also consider other Percussion jobs including Orchestral, Wind Band, Jazz Band, Pit Band etc etc! I am a young looking 55 year old, so have the experience and the enthusiasm. I use a top of the range Premier drum kit and also have many hand help percussion instruments. Also have a Premier Glockenspiel and access to Timpani and most other Percussion instruments.

I am a very experienced Percussionist and Drummer so would prefer paid gigs, but would consider expenses only for unusual challenges!!
