Hi I am trying to find musician/s to play with in my local area. I currently play accoustic guitar and sing. Have a limited amount of band/jam experience and at the moment play a wide range of mainly pop songs old and new and some unusual. Have just acquired an accoustic amp and mic. Play mostly on my own for fun, to friends and occaisional open mic. Like to choose favourite/suitable songs and either get chords off net or work them out. Can read music due to early piano tuition through grades. Took up guitar as found it frustrating being only able to play from music on piano after all that hard work! Have some recording experience and a fab software package and midi keyboard which I never use as I prefer to just play rather than take the time to learn how to use the technical stuff. Open to ideas, just want to join in with something musical, maybe performance based, creative or just a laugh. Am 38, female and have some time and own transport.
