I'm a 24 year old guitarist and songwriter who is looking to form a band. After having come from a very folk-ish background I'm keen to try something a bit different and a little bit more lively. I have no particular preferences as to what i'm looking for - I like to play covers, but ultimately I love to write, particularly for people with strong voices. I'm also looking for something a bit more local than what I was doing before - preferably with other people in the Hertfordshire area.

My influences are illustrated by these few: Crowded House, Ben Folds, My Friend the Chocolate Cake, Jason Mraz, Ryan Adams, The Shins, Sigur Ros, Vangelis and Bruce Springsteen.
