-extensive repertoire of songs in all genres, and ability/range to sing songs by male and female artists to a good standard.I also enjoy singing the songs most singers won't touch, such as Minnie Ripperton's 'loving you', James Brown's 'Mans Mans World, Mariah Carey-Dreamlover,Pink Floyd-Great Gig In The Sky,Cranberries-Dreams,Kate Bush-Whuthering Heights, Aerosmith-Dream On...Also dance music, such as Rozealla-everybodys free,La Bouche-be my lover,Emotions-Best Of My Love,Baby-D-let me be your fantasy,Rui Da Silva/Cassandra-Touch Me, etc...I know most of the typical songs you'd find on a functions band's setlist by artists like Patti LaBelle,DonnaSummer,Madonna,GloriaEstefan,Randy Crawford,Joscelynn Brown,Anastacia,Abba,KCandtheSunshineBand,Dee-lite,etc,MariahCarey,WhitneyHouston,etc.........I also have performed song by and love the Doors,Siouxsie and the Banshees,Talking Heads,Evanescence,Radiohead,RHCP,LedZep,Blondie,Nina Simone,Bowie,Janes Addiction,Tool, Hendrix,...Also strong jazz/standards repertoire and leanings,Ella Fitzgerald,Julie London,Sarah Vaughan,Cleo Lane,anything Cole Porter,you get the idea...Okay, I need to stop this before I write a flippin' novel.
-have own van/gear/etc, as well as access to free rehearsal space and fully equipped recording facilities/studio.
- well-crafted,genuine songs that are unique but still mainstream-friendly, with excellent lyrics/content.Over 30 songs already written, most have been performed in some form to good responses and reviews.

-A few random things about me...I am originally from the USA, but now live in the UK, and love it here.... My husband and I met when he flew to the states to record/produce a demo for my then-band... I rock stages, not cradles, so I am free to commit all my time and energy to music....I make music like trees make leaves....I wish there was a TacoBell in the UK!!!..I am as happy living out of a suitcase/van/hotel as in a house...when it comes to working with musicians, I don't opperate under any delusion of deserving special treatment just because I'm female and can sing...I am not perfect ,but am generally easy to get along with and work with.

I am available for paid work with a covers/functions band/project/group.I am currently seeking a permanent position ,but am available as a dep.Also available for recording, etc.

Ideally,as far as long term goals, I am looking for pro-minded,unconventional,dedicated,creative,skilled and versatile musicians to form a band that performs original music , but also works as a covers/functions band for the profit-factor until becoming an established originals band.

I would also consider working with an already existing band if they share my goals and have the skill,work ethic, and overall ability to make it happen. If this is you,please get in touch.
