The set can be played with; a full PA for larger venues, guitar and vocal amplification for medium sized venues, or completely acoustically with no amplification for small venues.

Primarily I'm a drummer. Not a guitarist or a singer, just a drummer. For many this may seem like a strange starting point for a one man band due to the fact that drummers generally cant sing, cant write songs, cant play guitar and are tone deaf. However, Ive never been much of a drummers drummer. That is to say that when a song comes on the radio i don't generally pay much extra attention to the drums, other than as a part of the whole... I do however love grooves. Grooves as i view them are the whole point of music. A groove can be created by any instrument and it is the thing that gets deep down in your soul and makes you wanna move.

I base my one band on that one simple concept and every piece of the music i create is started with a groove in mind. After that I add guitar with octave bass which follows that groove, foot drums which accent and syncopate that groove and vocals which flow over that groove.

Being a one man band I am always locked into that groove as there are no other musicians playing with me to stray from it.

You may notice that i don't have any fancy vocals or guitar solos, this is simply because i cant do them and have no interest in trying to do them, because they don't fit with that groove. Also you must always remember that i am only a drummer after all!....
